GF AgieCharmilles joins forces
for the benefit of customers

Premium brands Agie, Charmilles and Mikron become GF AgieCharmilles Effective July 1, 2007, GF AgieCharmilles will combine the former product brands Agie, Charmilles and Mikron to form a single brand known as "GF AgieCharmilles." This concentration of all its strengths in the electro-discharge machining and high-speed and high-performance milling sectors further extends GF AgieCharmilles' leading position as a manufacturer of machine tools for mold and tool making as well as the production of precision components. Following the merger, GF AgieCharmilles will have at its disposal the world's most widespread sales and service network, the broadest product range and the most comprehensive application know-how in the industry.
